I have tried a lot of different work out equipment in my day but, I have found that the two best pieces of equipment you can have is an elliptical and a treadmill. For me though, personally, I enjoy my elliptical because they are less mundane. An elliptical on the other hand also do the same thing, but they also really get your heart pumping and work as a great aerobic exercise as well.
